Wrestling clubs
The room in the industrial park. Youth at 4, high school at 6:30, adults after that. You know every name and you are still invoicing from memory.
Independent clubs · youth programs · small BJJ rooms
Memberships, monthly dues, and waivers for a club that still runs on a clipboard and a group text.
So the owner can coach the 6:30 room instead of chasing parents in the bleachers.
Example pricing starts at $49 a month. Not a quote — a way to see the shape of it.

02
Parents pay, kids train. Family plans put two or three athletes on one bill so you are not chasing three Venmo notes for one minivan.
03
The small gi class that shares the building, or the Tuesday night you added when the wrestlers went home. Same desk, same dues, same waiver.
Monday
Everything else is on the desk too. These three are the ones Dana actually does before practice.
01 · Memberships
A parent, two or three athletes, one plan, one balance. Sibling price is math you can show, not a handshake. Filter by plan, status, age group, or weight class when someone asks who is in 12U.
02 · Billing
Pick who is not on autopay, plus anyone whose card already failed. Read the invoice, sibling discount included. Read the email or the text. Then queue the run. In this demo nothing is charged and nothing is delivered.
03 · Waivers
Pick a kid or a whole family. Send an email or a text link. See who never opened it. Resend before Monday. When a parent signs on their phone, the desk updates. Sample links only.
How billing works
Youth, high school, adult, gi, no-gi, or a family price. A 10-visit punch sits beside them for the wrestler who is only in town a month.
See every line, including the sibling discount, before anyone gets a message. Leave autopay households off the list.
The parent page shows the balance and a pay button. On this demo the button stops in the browser. No Stripe keys. No card network.
The queue is the order Dana already uses. Mark each step. Pausing access flags them at check-in. The kid can still be let on the mat — that call stays with the coach.

FAQ
No. The pay form and the “save card” form clear themselves. They do not store a number and they do not call a payment processor. Mark paid, on the invoice list, is a desk note.
The $49 / $89 / $149 tiers are labeled example pricing. Athlete dues inside the sample club — $89 youth, $199 for three kids — are also fake numbers for Lot 9 Wrestling in Des Moines.
Yes. Open Alvarez. Three athletes, one payer, sibling discount spelled out. Then run November billing and preview that invoice before you queue it.
Brennan is past due. Nguyen's card failed. The queue lets you mark a reminder, a retry, then pause mat access. Santos is already paused so you can see the end of that path.
From the waiver desk, select athletes and queue an email or a text. Status moves through sent, opened, signed, and expired. On the parent page, sign Sofia and the desk shows signed.
Coach cards, SafeSport, and background checks are on the coach roster with expiry. Athlete card numbers sit on the member. A live USAW lookup is later.
Parents can put a kid on Iowa Kids, the girls duals, or the BJJ open. The billing run can add the mat fee. You still register on the tournament site. This demo does not connect to one.
